All you have to do is catch a fish get your fishing buddy or member of staff to take a nice photo and we will choose a fish of the month. It doesn’t have to be the biggest fish in the lake it could be one of the resident Brown’s or a Double figure Tiger or Blue!!

Weekly Fishing Report...

This week saw the Ellerdine Lakes pairs match and it could of not been fished in any worse weather, Hail, wind and constant driving rain made for a very miserable day. But the fishing was absolutely fantastic, with some cracking fish being caught.
20 anglers fished to fishery rules and a five fish limit with any angler catching any big fish could get them weighed and returned if they wanted.
Within 5 minutes of the match starting Mark Phillips Shrewsbury was into the first double(15lb) of the day which was quickly weighed and returned. fishing Black & Green lures he quickly went on to take his five fish by lunch time.
Bob Forsythe Bedfordshire returned a Double figure Rainbow of 14lb 8oz fishing Black Buzzers 2ft under a bung.
Top Pair was Mark Phillips and Dave Cortney with a fantastic 8 fish for 37lb 14oz with Marks bag alone coming to 31lb 14oz for five fish!!
Second place Dennis Drury And Garry Hay with 10 fish for 34lb 14oz.
Third Place was Vic Vaughan and Ed Upton with 8 fish 25lb 8 oz.
Average weight over the match was 3lb 8oz per fish. Best Rainbow of the week was a superb 18lb 2oz personal best returned by John Wilson Stafford fishing Black and Green Lures on Meadow. Tim Preston Hodnet took a rainbow of 15lb on Lakemoor fishing a cats whisker. Telford regulars Mr Gilbo and his son Conner aged 10 had 16 fish between them with Conner landing 7 fish on a mixture of Dries and Blobs on all lakes. John Hodkinson Crewe and John Davis Montgomery both caught 10 fish each fishing a variety of methods.
